Our standard shipping takes an estimated 15 business days to arrive at the destination. All delivery times are for reference only. Actual arrival schedules may fluctuate due to logistics carrier delays, customs inspection progress, severe weather, regional transportation restrictions and other uncontrollable external factors.
3. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
Once your consumer electronics order is dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an official shipping confirmation email containing your exclusive tracking number and logistics query access. Tracking data and delivery status updates usually require 24 to 48 hours to synchronize and display normally on the logistics platform. Please check the tracking information periodically for real-time delivery progress.
4. Incorrect Address Disclaimer
Customers are solely responsible for submitting accurate, detailed and complete shipping address information during checkout. Our Shop shall not be held accountable for misdelivery, package return or transit loss caused by incorrect, incomplete or invalid address information provided by customers. Any packages returned to our warehouse due to address errors will require additional reshipping fees, which shall be borne by the customer.
5. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is confirmed lost during transit, please submit a service request to our support team within 5 days after the expected delivery date. Our team will verify logistics records and provide corresponding solutions for you.

If you receive broken, scratched or functionally defective products, or missing accessories, please contact our customer service within 24 hours after delivery. Kindly provide clear photos or videos of the outer package and defective products to facilitate our verification and after-sales processing.

7. International Shipping and Customs Notice
For all international cross-border shipments, local customs departments may levy import duties, inspection taxes and other related administrative fees according to local trade regulations. All customs-related charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. These fees are not included in product prices or shipping costs, and Our Shop will not undertake any payment or compensation obligations for such charges.
